HipHopera the Musical went on stage Sept 2, 1999 for the second run of 27 shows.
The first season in 1998 ran for 22 shows thus totalling 49,
that time the record of longest running musical in KL.

10 years ago:
When I had stopped volunteer work in counselling at
Emmaus Counselling Centre after 5 years.
Tonight is Emmaus' 20th Anniversary Celebrations in PJ.

10 years ago:
I had performed in Sydney and visited the Sydney Dance Company.
Also celebrated my Birthday at Planet Hollywood with the
kind folks of the Low Yat Group.

10 years ago:
Performed Scintillations with Ramli Ibrahim, Michael Veerapan &
Ms Malaysia Samantha Schubert and underwater modelling
under Michael Loh for the KLCC Gallery Opening.

10 years ago:
Car drove into me while I was on my way to be interviewed
by Faridah Merican on Radio. Sprained wrist and palm.
Accident announced on national radio!

Sept 13, Fook Sun & Oon Oon's Wedding Anniv.
Happy Anniversary! Fook Sun is my oldest friend from
the same Kindegarten, Primary and Secondary classes!

Calvin, funny we celebrate our friendship the same
time as Fook Sun's wedding anniversary!

20 years ago:
Came home upon graduating from Colorado,
NST (Fatimah Abu Bakar - editor) had an article on
me with the title "Overachiever". Such irony, am the opposite!

30 years ago:
Won my one and only bronze swimming medal in breast-stroke (Form 1).
I was the shortest in class and in all primary school. No kidding.

43 years ago:
My Birthday. Thanking God for a fulfilling life. Ooyeah!

RELAY for LIFE 2012 Media Launch took flight on Tuesday, Sept 4th, 2012. This will mark the 4th  RELAY for LIFE  that I'll be participating in along with the celebrities organised by our hero Dato' Yasmin Yusuff. It was special today as I was with my sister Stella who is a cancer survivor. We were in matching purples. Relay for Life is an overnight, community-based event to celebrate cancer survivorship and raise funds forNCSM’s cancer awareness projects.  RFL starts with the Survivors’ Lap, a testimony to the fact that so many people today are surviving cancer. Cancer survivors from the community walk the first lap around the track to celebrate their victories while everyone cheers them on. The main aim of this event is that the track should not be devoid of people throughout the 16 hours. The most inspirational time of Relay is the Luminaria Ceremony which happens at dusk when cancer survivors are honoured and those who have lost their battle with the disease are rem
